We offer profit sharing to all qualifying agents. Unlike most brokerages, successful agents have a share in the broker’s profit! We pay the bills, and profits are shared 50/50 with qualifying agents at the end of the year.
We pay residual income on all transactions. If you refer another agent to La Rosa Realty North Florida, you receive $100 for every transaction they close. When you retire, you can continue to receive your residual income.
Health insurance is available to our agents through La Rosa Insurance. Rates are very competitive and available for both you and your family.
